Young Performer

Come along and perform! Whether it’s acting, juggling, singing, comedy, magic or any other talent, all are welcome. Entertain in front of a captive audience!
                        
This year Young Performers will be joined by Junior Singers.
(If you are a singer who will not be using a microphone and wish to be considered for a trophy donated by the Rotary Club of Henley-on-Thames, please enter Singers rather than Young Performers).

Dates: Friday 14th March
Kenton Theatre

Entry guideline: You may enter both as a soloist and as part of a group but you can only take part in two items. However, if the evening is oversubscribed we may have to limit the total number of performances.

Rehearsal: You will be contacted in late February 2008 to arrange a rehearsal time

Extra performance: Some performers will be invited back to take part in the Festival Gala on Saturday 15th March at the Kenton Theatre

Feedback: Professional advisors will give feedback on each performance

Adult helpers: are needed to help for about 1 hour each at this event. Please see entry form

Medical Form: If there are any health issues the organisers should know about your child please complete a Medical Form and return with the entry form.

Entry Forms: Print out and complete the Young Performer Entry Form. Copies of the form will also be available at Henley Library, Sonning Common Library and school offices from January 2008. Hand the form to your school or send the form to Bev Allen, Bellcote, Tanners Lane, Chalkhouse Green, RG4 9AA by 15th February 2008

Photographs: A photographer will be present at most events during the Festival.

• Photographs will be available to purchase on a restricted website shortly after the event. To purchase photos, please email hyfphotolink@btconnect.com.
• Photos and video may be used in promotional material and on this website. Should you have any objection to your child’s photo or video of your child being used, please notify us by email to emma.lt@btinternet.com.
