Music Makers Groups

This is an opportunity for groups of musicians: duets, trios or larger ensembles to enjoy the experience of performing music together in front of an appreciative audience.

Junior - 5-11 years Primary :
Date: Sunday 9th March 10.00am - 3.00pm
River & Rowing Museum

Senior - 11-18 years Secondary :
Date: Tuesday 11th of March - 7.00pm
Kenton Theatre

Entry guidelines:

• Your group will be placed in the event appropriate for the oldest member (Year 7 and above are in the Senior category).
• Bands (year 7 and above) will have the chance to perform at Gig Night  date and venue to be confirmed

Rehearsal: For Seniors there will be a rehearsal on Tuesday 11th March late afternoon at the Kenton Theatre. Details nearer the time.

Extra performance: Some performers may be invited back to take part in the Festival Gala on Saturday 15th March at the Kenton Theatre.

Medical Form: If there are any health issues the organisers should know about your child please complete a Medical Form and return with the entry form.

Entry Forms: There are two entry forms:

Junior Groups Entry Form (5-11 years primary)

Senior Groups Entry Form (11-18 years secondary)

Down load, print out and complete the appropriate entry form. Copies of the forms will also be available at Henley Library and school offices from January 2008.  Send the form to:

Photographs: A photographer will be  present at most events during the Festival.

• Photographs will be available to purchase on a restricted website shortly after the event. To purchase photos, please email hyfphotolink@btconnect.com.
• Photos and video may be used in promotional material and on this website. Should you have any objection to your child’s photo or video of your child being used, please notify us by email to emma.lt@btinternet.com.
